Can you listen to music and write? What song did you hear today?
I can absolutely listen to music and write. I love listening to music while I’m writing and working. Unfortunately, we’re not allowed to listen to music at work, which can make doing tedious tasks even more tedious.
On the plus side, though, my most tedious tasks got migrated to another employee at another site, so I no longer have long dreary days testing that process.
And I always have a song going around in my head. Right now, thanks to a birthday card my boss got for one of her friends, I have the following earworm:
Do your boobs hang low? Do they wobble to and fro? Can you tie them in a knot? Can you tie them in a bow? Can you throw them over your shoulder like a continental soldier? Do your boobs hang low?
(A bit, yes. A bit yes. Absolutely not. Heck no! No, no, nope. And a bit, yes.) (Of course, if I hadn’t had the breast reduction 11 years ago, the answers to the 3rd and 4th questions may well have been heck yes!)
Good gravy–I’ve got to get a different earworm.
