If you have had lap band surgery, and if you have gone in for a fill, I strongly recommend that you refrain from a hard physical workout the same day.  I made it 15 minutes on the treadmill (a random workout, not just walking at 2 mph on a flat surface) and thought I was going to vomit up my toenails. Fortunately, once I cooled down and stopped, the nausea went away even if the pain didn’t. And a good night’s sleep took care of most of the pain.  I think I’ll skip the gym tonight, and try going again tomorrow after work.
