I have read the Goldhagen book. It’s pretty grim, as you’d imagine, but it makes an important point.
I’ll try to get hold o f The Super Fi. I avoid high fructose corn syrup wherever I can, but they do put it in everything!
I’m reading Animal, Vegetable, Miracle right now…it’s very good! And I’m also trying not to eat anything with HFCS in it. No more Heinz ketchup, so sad.
That’s some pretty heavy reading. Happy TT.
