What do you prefer to do on your birthday?
I have always wanted a surprise party. But see, the thing about surprise parties is that if you have to tell someone you want one, then you won’t be surprised.
So barring that, I like being with my family and having cake and ice cream.
I also like taking the day off from work and going Christmas shopping and then out to a movie with the incomparable Izzybella.
I usually pick whatever age I’m going to be for that year, with the end result that the other day when my husband asked how old I was I couldn’t remember because I haven’t been my calendar age in quite some time.
